How Do I Use TransferPass.com Services?

Getting started with TransferPass.com’s platform is 100% free and simple:

  • Subscribe to our site as a “Member” or “Agent” (Members are for private consumers or companies only. Travel agents please use our “Agent” option).
  • Fill out the “Quick Quote Form”.
  • Wait for your airport car service offers from our providers (within 72 hours).
  • Select and confirm your transport option.
  • Pay for your service with a credit card.
  • Check your email for the confirmation and get ready to  travel!

How Long Will it Take to Receive Bids from Transporters?

All transporters are required to submit their best bids to TransferPass.com customers within 72 hours. Typically, providers will submit their bids the same day the transfer quote request is received. Due to the fact that TransferPass.com is a global provider, time zones can vary, which is why we give our providers a 72-hour window to place their bids and provide you with the best rate for your travel.

Where is my Travel Confirmation?

When you book airport car services through TransferPass.com, you will receive an invoice and a confirmation through the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation following payment, please contact us at help@transferpass.com immediately.

When you receive your confirmation, review it carefully and let us know if you see any errors. Since we and your airport taxi service provider are responsible for confirmed services, we must be made aware of any issues so that they can be corrected as soon as possible.

How Do I Pay for My Reservation?

Select the bid from our TransferPass.com providers and you will be directed to our Secure Payment System. From there, you can pay for your reservation using your personal or business credit card. At this time, TransferPass.com only accepts cards displaying the MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo. After your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment receipt.

Can I Change or Cancel a Reservation?

All changes and cancellations for airport car services booked through TransferPass.com must be submitted to help@transferpass.com. Changes and cancellations have a varying deadline. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Is My Personal Information Protected When I Book with TransferPass.com?

When you book an airport taxi with TransferPass.com your information is transmitted and encrypted using our 128-bit Secure Server Software for the utmost protection. Your privacy is just as important to us as it is to you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement for more information.

Can I Contact My Transporter Directly?

Yes you can. On your emailed confirmation you will have the details regarding your selected service provider, including their company name and contact phone number.

My Flight was Delayed/Changed/Cancelled. Now What?

TransferPass.com and our providers understand that things happen, especially while traveling. If a delay/change/cancellation occurs, look at the service provider’s policy. If they do not provide specifics on your email confirmation, then the TransferPass.com Delay Clause in our Terms and Conditions will apply. Contact help@transferpass.com and your service provider immediately following any changes/delays/cancellations.

Where Do I Find My Driver?

Your airport taxi will be waiting for you at the location specified for pick-up. As part of the TransferPass.com policy, your driver will carry a sign with your name so that he can be easily recognized. Show your chauffeur your email confirmation and identification to verify your identity.

Do I Have to Tip My Driver?

Complimentary tips are entirely up to the customer. If you feel your chauffeur performed superior airport taxi service, consider providing him or her with a complimentary tip.
