All terms contained therein refer to the information, offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of securing our airport car services and assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner in accordance with our platform rules.
By booking a reservation with TransferPass.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website periodically and without notice.
TransferPass.com acts as agents for licensed Transporters offering airport taxi and limousine services.
We shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of Transporter or its agents or chauffeurs. All transfers shown are subject to availability and final confirmation.
We will use email addresses as User IDs that are not linked to personally identifiable information. This information will not be shared with third parties and is used only within TransferPass.com on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated in these Terms & Conditions without your written and explicit permission.
You must choose a password on completion of registration. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under that password and shall access the website using your chosen password. For your protection, you should not disclose your password to any other person.
Contracts for Our Airport Car Services:
If you book a service for yourself and/or another person or group, all other participants are bound to our Terms and Conditions. Customers accept our Terms and Conditions whether reserved by email or phone. When booking a reservation, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and shall accept, on behalf of your party, the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer system. The website services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under 16 years of age, or who are temporarily or definitely suspended website members. Persons under16 years of age may use this website only in conjunction with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you use this service as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.
Disclaimer, Exclusions and Limitations:
The information contained in this website is provided on an "as is" basis. Agreement Governing the User of TransferPass Website:
- When registering and booking you undertake to us that all details you provide to us are correct and it is your duty to notify us by email stating any changed details and information (such as, but not limited to, mobile phone number during your travel, etc).
- Our platform system may terminate fraudulent or wrong bookings without objection. We reserve the right to refuse any request for refund as a result of an incorrect reservation.
- We make no warranty that the website is free from infections, viruses or any other software that is contaminated or destructive as our product is an online booking service.
TransferPass.com does not interfere in transfer offers as these are the sole responsibility of the Service Providers registered in our system. TransferPass.com accepts no liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever. We hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Because we act at all times as a booking agent on behalf of the Service Provider involved with your transfer booking and reservation, the company's role is to ensure that all travel services booked correspond with what has been agreed to in writing with you at the time of booking. In the case of those services deviating from what has been agreed due to the Transporter’s inability to honor the contract, then you must dispute directly with the involved Transporter. Therefore, TransferPass.com will not be liable for any compensation claims. In this context, TransferPass.com cannot be held responsible for any changes imposed by the Transporter nor can TransferPass.com be held liable for any omissions or errors, unless the latter occur due to our negligence. Ultimately, the customer will enter into a trading and binding relationship with TransferPass.com, which will be restricted solely to the above mentioned role of TransferPass.com as a booking agent, as well as with the various suppliers involved who will have the responsibility to provide in full the services stated at the time of booking.
TransferPass.com may make changes in or withdraw from any of the services described in this website at any time without notice.
TransferPass.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel any particular membership for any reason whatsoever.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the provider. TransferPass.com does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best of its ability. By using this service, you thereby indemnify TransferPass.com, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Information You Submit to TransferPass.com:
You should ensure that any information you send to us and any details are accurate. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material that is libelous, obscene, indecent, seditious, pornographic, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience or fraudulence which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or be contrary to the law of or infringes on the rights of any third party in any country in the world, which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logistic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data) or for which you haven’t obtained licenses and/or approvals in writing.
You may not misuse this website, including without limitation, by hacking or committing fraud.
Any breach of any of the Terms and Conditions contained in this website will immediately terminate the services provided by TransferPass.com.
Protection of Details or Personal Information:
TransferPass.com will use your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the respect of your privacy. None of your personal details will be passed to third parties. However, you accept the risk that data transmitted electronically via internet or otherwise may be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized third parties. TransferPass.com does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of such third parties and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from third parties interception of or access to data of whatever nature.
Destination and/or Pick Up address:
We require you provide us with your complete destination and/or pick up address in order to facilitate your correct drop off and/or collection, on time. This allows our Service Providers to be effective without waste of time for all parties.
You must provide TransferPass.com with a valid phone contact number for the purposes of Transporter operations staff facilitating your service leading up to and at the time of transfer. For all bookings that originate at a non-airport pickup point, you (or a member of your party) must be contactable in the 3-hour period immediately prior to your arranged and confirmed pickup time on the same telephone number that you have listed with your booking. If you are not contactable on your designated phone number, TransferPass.com and the Service Provider will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses that you may incur as a result of not meeting your scheduled travel or flight time.
Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer:
Any cancellation should be made in writing directly to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org from the Member email used as ID or from the Agent email used as ID for the reservation.
Once the service commences (point to point ground transfer), it will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available. If you cancel your reservation more than seven (7) days prior to the transfer, you will receive full refund minus administration fees € 20 per reservation. Less than seven days prior the booked transfer as for no show, no refund shall be given.
Change of Reservation Policy and Disclaimer:
Any change to a requested transfer should be made in writing by sending us an email to email@example.com from the Member email which is used as your User ID or from the Agent email used as ID for the reservation. For changes to a confirmed service, we endeavor to satisfy your request if the new service request is available; otherwise, the original service is binding. TransferPass.com reserves the right to evaluate whether any request is an additional service or a change of service.
Please also note that any incorrect information stated on your confirmation received from us must be brought to our attention by sending us an email from the Member email used as your User ID or from the Agent email used as ID for the reservation to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of the date the confirmation was issued. We will not accept any responsibility if you neglect to check and confirm that all information mentioned on your confirmation is correct.
If you require an additional service (increase of the number of passengers, a superior category of car, etc.) you should advise our office by sending us an email from the Member email used as your User ID or from the Agent email used as ID for the reservation to email@example.com at least 7 days before the service begins.
If you require a change of service (change of pick up or drop off point, date, time, etc.), the following terms apply:
- Up to 7 days prior the first service starts, changes are free of charge.
- Less than 7 days before the first service starts, changes are subject to a € 10 administration fee per reservation and per change + service provider fees.
Policy and Disclaimer for Delays:
For any delay please contact your Transporter by phone and send them an email from the Member email used as your User ID or from the Agent email used as ID for the reservation. For last minute delays (i.e. one day to at least 3 hours before the scheduled transfer), you must call your Transporter. They will need your reservation number and they will do their best to arrange a deferred transfer.
Please refer to your Service Provider’s Conditions of Delays. If the transfer to the airport has to be delayed or is ahead of time, you should inform your Transporter well in advance to ensure you are on time for your flight. You must inform them regarding the following:
- For delays, at least 3 hours before the meeting with your Chauffeur.
- For an “in advance” transfer request, at least 3 hours before the new desired meeting.
Otherwise, we will not incur any liability whatsoever of the subsequent consequences of a flight or meeting loss or long-lasting wait time. We recommend you plan your pickup time to the airport enough in advance in order to prevent any issues.
Regarding excess luggage, those with more than one normal bag and one normal airline carry-on-item per passenger will need to inform us when booking your transfer. Additional baggage or over sized items, such as but not limited to (bikes, skis, snowboards, sport bags and equipment, etc.), should be booked in advance to provide a trailer with a surcharge of € 5 per piece. Should you fail to notify us, you will be liable for any extra cost(s). Luggage destination and recognition label are the passenger’s responsibility. TransferPass.com or your Service Provider shall not be held liable for any consequent damages or loss costs to customer’s property.
Child / Infant Policy:
TransferPass.com will not accept bookings for unaccompanied children less than 13 years of age. Any children must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older.
Children under 12 years of age must use an appropriate child seat. We recommend that you bring your own child/infant seat. Otherwise, please complete the “Special Request” form asking for an extra child/infant seat with your request of service and provide the child’s age and stature. This service is not guaranteed and entails a supplement of € 5 per seat if available.
In any case, you are responsible for the security of your baby/child. You are required to fit your baby/child and secure their seatbelt yourself even if the seat is provided by your Driver.
It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of any special request at the time of booking, such as child seat, heavy luggage, etc. Please note, however, that some requests cannot be guaranteed.
Passengers travelling in wheelchairs must also inform this to the Service Provider at the time of booking to ensure that the appropriate vehicle is available.
Behavior & Liability
Our Service Providers maintain a strict non-smoking and no alcohol policy in all their vehicles.
Your Transporter and its Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the transfer or refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior or conduct is disruptive towards the Driver or poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger. Our Insurers will not cover injury caused by a passenger’s irresponsibility, such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt. Should a passenger cause damage to a vehicle, you will incur the full costs of repair and loss of work for the time the vehicle was off the road due to a passenger’s actions.
Should your vehicle not arrive at the pickup point within 5 minutes of your scheduled and notified pickup time, you are required to immediately contact your Transporter by telephone. In such circumstances, should you not advise your Service Provider of the non-arrival of your service within 10 minutes of such scheduled pickup time, we will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses that you may incur.
It is our goal that your travel runs smoothly. Although we take the utmost care in providing the best service -although unlikely- a cause for complaint could arise. If you have a complaint during your transfer, you must report it immediately to your Transporter. If the problem cannot be resolved instantly you should complain in writing to your Transporter representative immediately. You should report the matter to our offices by phone within two days and also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of the event. As soon as we become aware of the event, we will do our best to assist. We must caution you up front that this will not constitute grounds for a refund.
We recommend that all passengers are adequately insured before travelling abroad. As we are acting solely as a booking agent, we have no liability for any transfer arrangements and, in particular, no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by the Transporter’s deliberate negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your use of the transfer services must be brought against your Transporter and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the transfer is being provided.
Passenger’s possessions (luggage or other) are entirely under the responsibility of the customer, even if our Transporter’s vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims. We carry no liability for loss and damage whatsoever.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm that all luggage is loaded and unloaded to their satisfaction. A charge of part or equal to the journey cost will be made for all items left in the vehicle that the Driver has to return to the drop off location or alternative requested location.
Should the client soil the vehicle, an immediate extra charge of € 150 will be paid by the passenger or lead passengers in cash to the Chauffeur for cleaning and lost work.
Events Within and Beyond Our Control:
While our Service Providers ensure that maximum efforts are made to guarantee the best service for our customers, they cannot exclude an unexpected breakdown or experiencing a flat tire. These are issues that are within our control and we will reimburse the alternative transfer, as long as the cost doesn’t exceed the pickup point and the booked destination by taxi.
Price fluctuation after payment:
Full payment is due at the time of confirmation. A booking confirmation is issued thereafter and sent to our Customer to be printed out as a voucher and presented to your Driver. The fare of the booked services can vary without any notice as a result of unpredictable changes (including, without limitation, fluctuation of fuel price, random variation in the components influencing your transfer like taxes or insurance, etc.)
Force Majeure means all events beyond our control.
Any other so-called “Force Majeure” event or situations out of our Transporters’ control (including, without limitation, natural disasters, flood, war, earthquake, demonstration, terrorist activity, vandalism, fire, accidents, strikes, severe weather conditions, compliance with police requests, or any other circumstances out of our control such as incorrect information concerning collection point or destination, etc.) affecting their schedule and causing delays to our clients, are considered events beyond our responsibility. Therefore, no liability should be held against TransferPass.com and Service Providers.
Privacy Statement and Disclaimer:
TransferPass.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within TransferPass.com use information collected from individual customers on a need to know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Any information concerning the Customers and their respective Clients and Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than the Service Provider chosen by the Customer and when necessary for the execution of the service requested and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities on the provision that we are given reasonable notice and as required by law. We must caution you that once part of your information is passed onto the Transporter associated with your transfer, the transferred information becomes subject to their data protection policy. Clients are advised to retain copies of any document issued in relation to the provision of our services and that of the chosen Transporter.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail without your consent. Any emails sent by TransferPass.com will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products (such as newsletters). TransferPass.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
All routes of electronic contact through the website www.transferpass.com offer you the opportunity to join our email lists. If this option is not selected on the form that you submit, we will not contact you with any promotional information about our products unless you are already in our database. In this case, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list at any time. If at any point you would like to join our email distribution lists, you can email us at email@example.com.
